The employer pays 70% from the 4th until the 7th day of quarantine

Occupational accident
Complication or illness as a result of an occupational accident
Injury sustained in protecting the interests of the state or the society or in obstructing a criminal offence
Nursing a child under 12 years of age Certificate for care leave 100 at home, 80 in hospital As of the first day Up to 14 days

The Health Insurance Board pays 80% from the first day irrespective of where the nursing takes place

Nursing a sick family member at home 80 Up to 7 days

The Health Insurance Board pays from the first day

Taking care of a child under 3 years of age or a disabled child under 16 years of age while the mother of the child is ill or receiving obstetrical care 80 Up to 10 days

until pregnancy and maternity leave in the case of pregnancy

It is possible to receive benefit of 70% only in the case of pregnancy until pregnancy and maternity leave
